Source: Peppers has a list of 4 teams he'd play for, 2 in the NFC South

dallas would be a great fit for him. he'd be on a solid d, wouldn't be the main focus of attention and would have a great chance to be the defender he wants to be.

Dallas plays a 1-gap style 3-4 I believe which means it is more aggressive and penetrating on the D-line. I am not sure he could be a 2-gap DE, and Ware is their WOLB (the place I think Peppers best fits a 3-4) right now I think.

The neg for Pep could be in Dallas, he will have constant media attention which we all know he doesn't care for.

Dallas doesn't have a 1st rounder due to the Roy Williams trade with Detroit (you probably knew that). If the Dallas wants Pep, a decent asking price would be the Cowboys' 2nd and 4th/5th this year and their 1st rounder next year. Personally, I don't see the Cowboys doing anything significant in the postseason as long as owner/gm/coach Jones is running the show regardless of their new $800MM dollar palace. But something close to that would be better than nothing IMO.

i am aware of their lack of a 1st rounder. i too think 2nd, 4th and 5th this year and next year's 1st is reasonable.

i don't see dallas going anywhere with romo under center, but they would have a scary good defensive front 8 if pep went there. it would be a good fit for him.

until we hear something concrete, everything is just rumors. so far i've heard dallas, washington, pittsburgh, miami, and the NFC south. i am confident we'll get something good in return and i think we are all confident in saying peppers is done in carolina.

Look mark my words and save then for later. Pepp is going to Denver. They have a ton of cap room and he trains out there as it is. I also wouldn't rule out New Orleans or KC. You heard it here first.

he also works out in houston. could you imagine he and mario williams anchoring the ends on that d?
