Source: Peppers has a list of 4 teams he'd play for, 2 in the NFC South

how trustworthy is Tom? I dislike any article that cites "a source".

I can't really remember breaking that many Panther stories to be honest. From the Observer, that person is usually Scott Fowler but it's rare for even him to get the scoops really. Darin Gantt is the one that slurps everybody in the organization, so he's the one that they give the scoops to usually.

f*ck what peppers wants. IIRC his contract does NOT have a "no trade" clause so we can ship him wherever the f*ck we want.

But they wont give us anything in return unless he signs a long term agreement with them...

He's playing his hand the best he can...but is coming across as a cock sucking (literally) douchebag...

says you

wa it stupid when Plaxico walked? NY thought so

Was it stupid when Joey Porter walked? Miami thought so

what franchise does big cat idolize?

If a player wants out and has question marks surounding his talent/production ratio. The question ill be answered by Carolina not franchising him and showing the league that he is an overrated side of beef, nothing more.

there is a market for peppers.

it'd be stupid as hell to let him walk without gaining compensation when they could franchise and trade him. i have literally no idea why you think just letting him go to send a message is a good idea.

plaxico was allowed to go because new york offered him more money. Porter was allowed to walk because they thought he was past his prime, would cost too much, was a distraction, and wasn't as good as the younger, cheaper players underneath him. they were right on all counts.

Franchise him and make him play here this year. He doesnt have complete control. We can make him play here this year or not play at all.

this. either he puts up to increase his value to get himself out the next year. or he doesn't do poo to spite us, and hurts his trade value

right. people won't trade unless they know he's open to signing a long term and lucrative extension.

jared allen has his contract with minnesota worked out before he was traded, for example.

Don't really care what he wants.

He'll take what he's given and like it, or he'll sitout and the Panthers can penalize him for doing it, or he can stay here a year, take the money he's not worth, keep his mouth shut and play.

If he wants out, he'll take what he's offered. If not, tough.

He didn't have to take any of this to the media. He could have done this behind closed doors with Richardson, Hurney and Fox.

The guy who never speaks, suddenly finds his voice.

womeone will pay pep more money ahtn Carolina (PITT) thinks he is worth and as far as they are concerned he is past his prime.

It won't be stupid. The guy wants out let him leave. I am happy to see him go.

Of course it would be nice if we got a first round draft pick or a starting Qb but that is dreaming. He is not worth that. Not anymore. He has no fire.

And I was his biggest fan..including college.

Fvck him and his incessant underachievment. If Carolina aggressively chops him that is admitting to the league that he really is a good player and that we are jsut to dumb to use him effectively.

fat chance that happens. If we tag him we are gonna waste money this year. Let him and his cap space (if tagged) walk.

he will be a worse mistake of tagging than Deshaun Foster was.

MARK IT DOWN
