Kurb: Have you heard of a meat thermometer ?

they wouldn't give me one even after i explained to them what was going on. i quit one sunday when it had been 3 weeks since i saw a panthers game.

mary is good for the pork and chicken. i'll still do the rest i'm sure. i'm good at burgers and steak.

I'm the designated cook. She's the designated baker (except bread). Cooking is one of my biggest hobbies so I prefer it that way. I live in a loft/condo so no grill except the community grill to speak of (except my indoor electric grill).

I used to have one of those... I loved it in the wintertime when it was too cold to go outside but i still had a hankering to do some grillin'. Not as good as the real thing but still a satisfying substitute given the circumstances.

Depends on which grill...and what's being cooked.

Chicken breasts, hamburgers, hotdogs on propane...she's cool with it and I'm cool with that.

BBQ chickens, pig, ribs, and other things that might warrant the pig cooker or the charcoal cooker or longer cook times. It's my duty typically. We each know our place. She's seen the benefit in grilling and the beer drinking that's part of it.
