Dog Owners

Henry, our dane, sleeps wherever the hell he wants to. At night, it's on the couch. As soon as Chris gets up at 5, it's the bed and he hogs all the covers and most of the bed. He used to have a queen size futon in the living room, but it took up too much room.

Our Chico sleeps with us at night.

Pheobe Cat usually sleeps with my son. She's figured out how to turn his xbox off when she wants attention from him. She'll also bitch slap him for attention. lol

Outside dogs, outside (Labs) unless it is a special occaison like before we go hunting, they like to patrol the inside before we leave.

Inside dogs inside (grass rats aka chihuahuas) but not on the furniture. It took me years to finally get a leather living room set and I'll be damned if a dog gets to sit on it.

Depends on the dog here... our now deceased Dachsund slept in the bed... our current chihuahua is allowed on the furniture, but does not sleep in the bed... the giant stupid dog resides outside and only comes in when I allow it.

i have a 41" tall gate keeping mine out of the living room so i know they don't sit on the furniture when i'm not there. i had a 36" one there at first, but the smaller one can leap over it.

Pets can go anywhere as long as they know when you gtfo. My dog weighs 5 lbs so it doesn't matter if he's on the couch or bed. The only place I won't allow my cat is the kitchen counter or dining room table but for some reason she's never even tried to get on either.

ya...her cat basically sleeps on her face!!! warm sounds good....I'd never sleep being that restricted.

Nug can go anywhere except up on the counter and on the bathroom counters.....she does her own thing and then comes and gets in bed with me around 4am.

My daughters dog (pitbull) sleeps in her bed and my daughters cat sleeps in my room.

I also have two outside dogs that sleep in the barn and a couple barn cats as well.

My dog has a doggie bed and a crate. thats the only furniture she is allowed on period.
