Seems both parties have hinted they will pass and wait for the Judge as both feel they are right. Whomever wins the initial ruling will appeal and tie this up for a while.

She has the right to force them back to the table and I wish she would. Unfortunately everyone involved thinks this is going to be decided in the courts. If so, we won't have football this year. The NFL will appeal repeatedly and tie this up for a year or more.

Because they showed both parties post hearing and neither seemed interested. And D smith says he urged the judge to return the game to the players and the fans. Uh its not the players league its the owners, you know the guys who OWN the teams. The guys that pay the players?
