Dude that's barefoot in the jungle is a moron. He must have really calloused feet, but you step on the wrong thing and you're in some serious pain and hopefully no allergic reaction. Like I said...moron.

I've seen camp counselors in the mountains that hike and go creeking wearing the shoes...and one super hiker chick said they were the best she's ever worn. So...there is that.
