Narwocki's name is like rubbing a genies lamp. If you rub the lamp a genie will appear, and if you type Narwocki's name Scot will appear!!! I am kidding big kat!!

Cam must be like 20 genie lamps. Type his name and watch how many people appear.

The Cam Nuthuggers are beome more and more humorous.

The same people that call this "speculation" crap....are the same people that are saying it is definite we are drafting Cam because some other so-called expert said we were.

This is what I find funny. Reports are only speculation when they don't agree with someones opinion. Don't see why it is hard to understand this is all speculation. None of these guys really know who we are drafting. They are all guessing.

If Blaine or Cam are smart enough, and good enough passers to do well in Norv Turners offense I have no problems picking either of them.

Personally, I don't think either of them are gifted passers, and neither of them should even be in the running for the no. 1 overall pick.

It's all speculation... but Nawrocki's decision to pass on comments like he did about Cam's "fake smile", etc crossed the line IMO and I suspect he did it to drum up controversy/sell books.

I like Cam, but I acknowledge that there are allot of valid reasons to be concerned about how he projects to the NFL, I don't think a "fake smile" is among those reasons considering it's something we all do in certain situations when we're trying to impress someone.

What else is he going to say? He has already painted Newton as the ultimate villain of this years draft. From his lack of leadership to his fake smile. He's going to stick with his story. That involves assuming and writing about every team that has shown a little interest in Newton in the first round to be just smokescreening one another.

Wanna see a fake smile, check my profile picture.

I may be wrong, but I'm guessing Jon Beason couldn't give a damn about me and my daughter except for the fact that she's pretty darn cute and I'm a Panthers fan who asked very politely for a picture with him.

Does this mean Beason is a phony? No, it means he's a good guy who has the sense to treat fans well and be an ambassador for both the Panthers and his own image.

I can see knocking Cam for how his skills translate to playing QB in the NFL... but a "fake smile", really?

...and as a follow up to this, here's a guy who doesn't put on a fake smile:

Now who would you say has better intangibles, Smitty or Beason?

"our random article speculating on who the Panthers will draft, citing an unnamed NFL exec is more credible than your random article speculating on who the Panthers will draft citing an unnamed exec!"

you guys pick and choose who is credible by if he agrees with drafting Cam. I can't act like it doesn't go both ways(ie those against Cam are very skeptical when someone says they have inside info we're drafting him), but COME ON.

EVERYTHING SAID BEFORE APRIL 28TH IS PURE fugING SPECULATION. There is no inside info that is 100% credible. There is absolutely no way an experienced NFL GM such as Hurney would let anyone know his draft day plans because it would put us at a huge disadvantage.

Simple as that.

I don't care about who the reporter is, the issue of the team trading out of the #1 and getting that 2nd rounder back is one that I think the team is pushing for more than anything else based on Hurney's interview the other day.

Saying the Panthers are still looking at 7 guys is like saying "Hey, if you are in the top ten and like a player, trade with us to get him or we might pick him instead."

I would personally like the option of trading down and still drafting Dareus/Peterson/Green in the 1st and then drafting Dalton in the 2nd. Still addressing the QB issue but getting a high quality DT/CB/WR as well.
