If he is the pick Hurney has set the franchise back years. I feel for Rivera as I hoped he would be a good coach. The smart thing to do would be trade down to give him more talent to plug in and get a veteran in here. Hand cuffing Rivera with a rookie QB esp one with all the red flags Newton has isn't the best thing for a new HC.

There are a lot of people that have been spending the entire offseason so far doing nothing but giving us reason after reason why they feel that Cam shouldn't be the pick. How are you guys feeling after this tidal wave of Cam-to-the-Panthers news from the past week? Are you still in denial? Are you angry? Ready to get behind him?

And if you've been pro-Cam for a while, how about you? Are you feeling as optimistic for the future as you have in a long time like I am?

There is nothing about this pick that is "almost certain". You have some talking heads that are speculating....that is all.

I am going to fuging laugh my ass off at all of you ridiculous Cam Nuthuggers who start a new thread everytime some talking head "guesses" that Cam will be our pick....if he is not the pick.

Accept that no one but Hurney/Rivera/Richardson have a clue about who the pick will actually be. Then do all of us a favor and find some other hobby for the next 3 weeks...instead of making a new damn thread.

the problem with this train of thought is that even if we pick Cam it most likely will not be him starting, it will be Moore or Clausen leading the team this year.

Yea I wouldnt count on any premature announcements from the Panthers. I think he has a 33% chance of being the pick.
