Shula also has never had a QB with even close to the raw talent Newton has. If he can coach Garrard into a decent player (and better than decent for a while there) I would think he could get MUCH more out of Newton.

I can't tell you for the mere fact that if his name leaks out and he is connected to giving inside info out he may lose his job as he is not a high up their guy.

I will tell you however he does work in a certain division for the Panthers and he and I were friends back in the day, he used to live about three houses down from me. It's just ironic that he would be working for the Panthers and I am the only Panther fan where I live.

Also, I guess they haven't totally made up their mind yet, but it is 90% Newton at this point, Gabbert is the next prospect if they skip on Newton.

I am not doubting that you know someone in the organization (I will give you the benefit of the doubt on that one).

However, if it is anyone not named Hurney, Rivera, or Richardson....I doubt they have anything more than speculation at this point.
