Sorry to hear about this man...I've reaggrivated a slipped disk in my lumbar area and it's all one can do to even get out of bed. You might want to look into getting an inversion table, the thing has been a godsend if you ask me.

It is...you basically strap yourself in and hang upside down. You can get one at a sports store like Play it Again Sports or online. A little pricey but it is such a worthwhile investment.
