Let me back up for a moment Scot.

I just want you to answer this question for me.

If you really don't care so much and you have so little passion, why are you such a d*ck toward Cam Newton or the people who have supported hims as a CHOICE for the pick? Why?

I haven't accused anyone of being racist, yet you constantly say that I do, I love the Panthers yet you question my loyalty, I have put out olive branch's to you and you haven't reached back even a little.

Why should anyone believe you are sincere in anything you have said?

For the record, me disagreeing with your opinion or pointing out where you might be wrong about something isn't "being a dick" unless you choose to take it personally.

I'm only a dick when I see people doing stupid stuff like throwing out "hater" and "racist" stuff.

Now, read that last sentence carefully and tell me this: Was it directed at you? Did you take it as directed at you? Read it again and see if you still think so.

And don't act like I've never been nice to you (just look a few posts up).

Also for the record, people who know me would tell you I'm actually quite sincere. People who only know me from a message board can have whatever opinion they want, but when it turns to personal attacks on here, that's out of line.

When you challenged my loyalties and dismissed me as a troll that was being a d#ck!! Thay had nothing to do with pointing out flaws in my logic. And honestly that is where you lost me. I gave you the benefit of the doubt until you pulled that.

You also have insinuated that my belief that Cam is worthy of out pick (which by the way he is being considered so I am not crazy) was due to some blind allegiance to Cam Newton and could not be based on intellect or fact.

Again that was an attack on me and not my actual opinion.

I truly do hope you start feeling better soon. Putting all the silly bickering aside I am glad you got a good result on your tests. My problems don't have the type of immediate effects that you are going through and I imagine it is quote tough.

The general stupidity of the majority of posters is through the roof, with even the usually fairly reasonable ones lowering themselves to counter the idiots.

There isn't one insightful or well thought out thread (including this one) out there and the ones that have promise are quickly replaced.

I did a count earlier and there were 8 threads on the first page about Cam Newton. Ridiculous.

Half the board has been declared as haters or racists, simply because they don't like Cam Newton. The media is racist because they 'hate' Newton, despite claiming he is a one of a kind specimen.

I was drawing up some threads on our hidden gems and unsung heroes from this season, but since all this crap started I really don't see the point. Anything worthwhile posting will be forgotten and buried inside 20 minutes as a 50 page personal feud plays itself out.

Everyone just needs to step away from Cam fricken Newton, on both sides. Let the process play itself out and start talking about other things. At the moment it's just two sides trying to prove who is the bigger idiot.

Oh, by the way. If you are this emotionally invested in one player, positively or negatively, you have lost sight of this process. We have no control over the player who is picked, however getting this worked up about it is only going to cause some people to be very disappointed in our FO with their first major decision.

If you look back historically, you'll find Monstercat and I are generally on the same side of things. Ditto with Panther55 and others.
