worst kind of hangover

Everyone experience hangovers differently. Usually for me, I feel just fine lying/sitting still. The moment I start to move I get hit with bowel-shaking naseau, a pounding headache, extremely sensitivity to light/sound. I usually spend most of my hungover days rarely moving.

the worst hangover ever is when you are laying in bed and feel like you have to throw up, but can't open your eyes because that makes the nausea ten times worse

I hate it when you feel so tired and sick, but at the same time you cant fall asleep to sleep it off.

Ginger ale and bitters also seem to help.

Amateurs. The only thing that gets me hung over these days is high gravity beer. I can drink all day (liquor or beer/both) and feel slower but fin in the AM. I go out and drink 6 high gravity beers and my poo is whacky in the morning.
