You can't tell how big of an "it" factor a player will have until they're actually placed into that position.

No one on here for saw Beason emerging as a leader this soon.

In college, you could tell Matt Ryan at the "It" factor. In college, Matt Stafford had an amazing supporting cast, and he wasn't nothing spectacular. He couldn't make something out of nothing, like Matt Ryan did all the time. Flacco, I didn't think had "It" but I was wrong about him, so I could be wrong about Stafford.. so time will tell. But, I have this feeling that Stafford will have no impact on this league.

Stafford was also playing vs SEC defenses, not some chump ACC nonsense.(especially in the years Ryan was there)
