All this talk about bringing in a vet qb has me thinking...

Isn't Jake Delhomme a free agent? How would you guys feel about bringing him back? I know his last few years have been kind of rough, but this is the man that led us to the promised land. For years he's been our fiery leader and when he was hurt and Moore had to start he was there to offer mentorship and guidance and Moore played pretty damn good. It's just a thought... What's your opinion?

No. Dont need any more wasted space on the roster. The vet qb has to be able to either A) start a year so that the rookie sits and learns or B) come in and play good if the rookie doesnt play good first. Jake can do neither.

I always liked Jake. He gave us some really good years. A few really bad ones, but hey, that's just Jake being Jake.
