For someone that made a life from journalism, Marty Hurney says "um" way too much.

He was a writer.

One thing I've noticed with Hurney, though. In just about every interview this offseason where he's referenced Matt Moore, he's talked about Moore being injured. You never hear him talk about performance, just the fact that he was injured. And for that matter, he references Moore a lot. Maybe not quite as much as he does Clausen, but a fair amount.

Still don't see Moore getting the starter's job back, but it's hard to imagine he won't at least get a shot to show that last year was an aberration.
