My disdain has nothing to do with winning, black, mobile, spread, option or anything of the sort.

I want a QB I can be proud of, I want someone my son can look up to. I want someone who commands the respect of their teammates, someone who can be trusted in and off the field. I want a QB who does NOT have a history of terrible and criminal decision making.

Also, if in middle management I wouldn't hire this kid for those same reasons. You've obviously reached the pinnacle in your castle on the lake, perhaps we should just listen to you because you know everything.
