Out of the box, it isn't too bad. I thought it was going to be physically bigger than my iPhone (because of large screen), but it's about the same size...which makes me happy.

Problem is, I am SO used to the iPhone (had one for almost 3 years), it's gonna take me a day or two of messing with it to get used to the look and feel (twss).

My company has switched to Verizon and I had to pick a phone now. I didn't want to get iPhone 4 since it will be obsolete in a couple of months. Plus a friend of mine that used to have the iPhone said he liked his Droid X better. So I went with newest one on the market.

I like it quite a bit. The camera is amazing on it. I'm still getting all of my apps I want on it and whatnot. Texting is taking some getting used to since I was used to iPhone layout, but that isn't a big deal. The only thing that would have been nice on it that the Droid X has, is the HDMI port.

Unfortunately the huge metropolis of Greensboro doesn't have 4G coverage yet (only Charlotte in NC). Hopefully I will be down in Charlotte soon and I can test it out.

The phone is BLAZING fast! It's great! Especially since my iPhone 3G started to crawl on everything I did on it.

So far the battery life seems ok.

The display is awesome, very clear and crisp. The 8MP camera suhweet and it records great video.

Also, Klong is kicking my ass in words w/ friends.
