If you have a clean criminal record:

You just need to plan your backyard landscaping so that you have enough natural cover to plant it right out back. Keep it for yourself, no selling, stay under the radar.

NC laws are very liberal on possession for first offenders. Cultivation is still stiff but if your keeping your nose clean and not selling to UC cops, idiots, or school kids you can skate on a small stand if you're discrete.

Having never been convicted of a misdemeanor. If you were arrested but the case was adjudicated to some form of not guilty that doesn't qualify to be expunged then you may not be considered a "First Offender"

might be kosher.. no misdemeanor, was expunged.. but nothing is truly expunged from police records. if it helps, was about 8 years ago.

If you have less than an ounce and a half....its not a felony....we will just aim for that :rolleyes:

I have the same situation....looks like we are good to go. I will go through my friend in Amsterdam who can get us seeds from all over the world, then we can just start from there..

O yeah, ur gonna start working from home so you can watch and nurture the plants, right?

so what are you saying... I'm like the stay at home dad? you will have to take them to work with you on MWF, I have to network with business contacts on the golf course...

so what are you saying... I'm like the stay at home dad? you will have to take them to work with you on MWF, I have to network with business contacts on the golf course...

Pretty much.....I will cook for them and put them to bed when I get home from work.....plus you are the better golfer out of both of us...I suppose I could put them in the daycare when Im at the Y....

I have it on good authority that an "eccentric" independent party paid KBred top dollar for pics of his swollen foot covered in massage oil. No word on what he did with the money.

that fuger! no wonder he "accidentally" dropped the open 10lb container of oil on my ankle.....shoulda known!

I get a percentage!

Of course, by now I'm sure he is out of the country living on some remote island with all that cash.
