Each team would have to hire individual contract... like now. the only difference is that the nfl teams cannot get together and agree to baseline hiring terms. in other words, no salary cap etc. This is why the players dissolved the union. they have the negotiating upper hand as long as there is no CBA and no union. Unfortunately for them, the owners are just going to wait them out until they are forced to re-form and sign a CBA.
