I don't have access to Gabbert's pro day, but I got an overwhelming sense of "Newton looks good!" from the guys covering him.

These guys should all look good. They're throwing against air defenses.

That was more after the workout was over. During it it was more of a cautious optimism :)

I actually thought the critique of Cam's workout was more harsh afterwards... eh, difference of opinion I guess :)

I'm more curious to see how Gabbert does on his deep balls.

From what I saw he didn't wow AND he didn't disappoint if that makes sense. He looked about right.

Don't take this the wrong way but I would be very surprised if Gabbert wowed you. :P

I suspect the Panthers will put more stock on their private workout with him anyway.

Interesting that it has come out that Proehl is running routes for him there.

From what they showed he did pretty good. His biggest struggles were the same as Cam's the outs. But I didn't get to see all of it obviously.

there were plenty of "clausen is gay" jokes after drafted clausen because of his hair and style, im sure the same will follow if we take sunshine from remember the titans..

I think of the QBs, Ponder is the most interesting. He's been quietly going about business. I think I'd prefer him over Gabby Gaberson.
