Other guys have started it too. Even Silva says he looks awesome. I disagree with what I saw but I will leave it to those guys to try and blow Gabbert up.

Lets just put it this way. He had a lot of the "completions" that weren't great throws. I stillhave Malett my number 2 QB and I am not changing. But I will leave it to the experts to blow it up.

I've said it before, who cares about anything else, you draft this kid for his hair alone. He would be an instant upgrade in that area in Carolina and likely revolutionize the position here for years to come.

No they didn't!! They said, "Well... he is doing fine." Then qualified everything he did. And then magnified every somewhat bad pass he made.

Cam wasn't perfect either. But on his outs Gabbert just threw one over the receiver's head in which the receiver made a great grab, and then threw three low and behind that were "completions".

I am not saying Cam was perfect by any means but Gabbert being declared a success 4 passes in is ridiculous.

He has looked pretty good though so I don't want to come off as poo pooing on the whole thing.

I don't have access to Gabbert's pro day, but I got an overwhelming sense of "Newton looks good!" from the guys covering him.
