Lunesta

I have a prescription sleeping pill that I pretty much had to take for a while. Lately, my sleep has been much much better though. Once spring arrives and I can get outside and more active, sleep will be easy! Even the pill I take, I bite in half. Slippery slope for sure though.

I took an ambien a couple times in a behavioral health center where I was put against my free will (totally different story), anyways one time I woke up in the middle of the night for some reason after I took one and I was trippin balls. It was ridiculous! I'm glad the night nurses were nice cause they let me wander around and draw and poo like that.

I'm a very lite sleeper so I tried lunesta, ambien, and rozerem... I hate all of them. They make me feel super tired and careless the next morning... Now, I take trazadone and it's being nothing but good so far. Trazadone is for depression/anxiety (I have neither). It makes you super relax and care free (makes you a lil high), I just close my eyes and i'm soundly asleep.

fellas, avoid those meds for sleeping man. melatonin or drink some milk or eat a banana.

log off early and wind your brain down. if you keep the stimuli up(insert joke here) then your brain takes much longer to go to REM II which is part of your most deep and restful sleep.

I drink 5-8 cups of coffee a day... I'm like a squirrel around 10pm...
