The Bengals, it's the BUNGALS. I've had to hear it from BUNGALS fan's since the mid 90s. Now they get poo on a stick! It's a shame we can't get Palmer in a Panthers unifrom.

It was either the Vikings or Redskins that were in the mix for teams most affected by the lockout.....

to me San Fran is bad off, but they do have Alex Smith...so I guess Carolina is the worst seeing as they have a new QB and coach who will never get to meet or even talk prior to games starting....

LOL, I think the Bengals are in a slightly worse situation given that their franchise QB is threatening to retire if he's not traded.

Not a lot, that's why they are one of the top 5 teams who are the most affected by the lockout, but I would definately want Alex Smith over a quarterbackless Cincy or a Clausen/Moore Panthers.

New coach. No defined QB.

The lockout will prevent coaches and players from speaking, planning, training or practicing.....so...given that...a team like Pittsburgh or Green Bay is in better shape, seeing as most of their players and coaches are the same as last year, while teams like the Panthers have changed almost all their coaches, soon to change QBs and many of the players are FAs.

Once the lockout is lifted or the old CBA is reinstated, the Panthers are going to have to do a lot more work to get a team on the field than the Steelers or Packers will....that's what ESPN was saying anyway.
