I don't get it - how the hell can the union decertify and then go to court? It's a sham. It'll be recreated the second they get a ruling in their favor. I just don't understand how that isn't obvious. Or does that not matter?

Way to go player's and owner's, fan's really don't like this BS and I blame owner's and player's. If there is a lockout and missed season or game's, the damage is done. Way to screw the pooch there guy's. Maybe I'll try to watch MLB...no...NBA...no...fug it. And to think people want congress involved, those dipsh*t's could'nt change a tire.

I'm no legal expert but I think the players (without the union) can file a class action anti-trust suit against the NFL now.
