Doesn't really matter what Parcells has done--does his theory/method hold water? That is the issue.

Basically, it's a pretty decent formula but it doesn't always work, as you can see by the results. Let's face it...a lot of it is just plain luck. A lot of these seniors, who are smart, have great mechanics, footwork, and knowledge of pro offenses, end up being average QB's.

Jake Locker is a perfect example. I believe he will be a starter in the NFL, but he won't be anything special.
