I do 20-25 mins on an elliptical on lifting days. Starting this week I'm going to be incorporating kettlebell exercises and jump rope into my cardio day stuff.

I get bored too. My back is so out of whack I hardly ever run anymore. I still bike, swim and hike.

Don't listen to music often. If I do, I have a pooton of music on my ipod and just throw it on shuffle.

The p90x cardio routines are a lot of fun and you can do them at home. I never get bored during them.

They are an hour long.

I play soccer 2-4 times a week. I'm out on my bike on the Green Way other days. Starting to get 5 days a week of cardio in now...I refuse to do anymore then that.
