IF we for some reason were to draft him, that could be an indicator of the future direction of the defense. TBH, I am not really sure what kind of defense Rivera would prefer to run. He has been d-cord for both 4-3 and 3-4, as when he took the jobs, the base defenses were already in place. I dont see us drafting this guy, unless maybe they think he could play a 4-3 de and dominate at it.

We're running a 4-3, that's the future of our defense. Most of Rivera's experience in the 4-3 as a player and a coach.

We can some 3-4 looks under Fox too, never meant we were changing schemes.

Miller at #1 seems unlikely but don't count him out if we trade down to #4 or #5. He proved that he will be a good fit in a 4-3 as long as the scheme allows for outside blitzing from time to time. I have him as a better prospect than Aaron Curry who went #4 to Seattle two years ago.
