I have turned very skeptical of Vince Young, and you'll never guess why.

I had the opportunity to listen to some Wonderlic sample questions (out of 12, I missed two, and, for the life of me, I can't see how anyone could score a six on this test. I just can't. I don't believe in standardized tests as a sole means to judge someone's aptitude, by any means, but I don't know if I want someone leading the team who can only get 6 out of 50 questions right when the test has a fair amount of very easy questions on it.

Either Vince doesn't take tests well, or the kid just ain't too bright.

BTW, flame all you want, but I took an IQ test and scored a 132 on it

Then again, I have a ton of respect for Jeff Fisher.

Fisher and Ron Rivera were teammates/colleagues with the Bears. Young almost got Fisher fired before he decided to leave town (and probably contributed to that decision).

I seriously doubt Rivera would pick up a player who caused so much trouble for an old teammate. At the very least, you'd expect he'd get the inside scoop from Fisher.

Hard to imagine Fisher would endorse him, especially given he knows way more stuff than the general public.
