I don't want him as my QB, just maybe to compete for the job. VY has nowhere to go but up, and I see Cam as the opposite. Maybe I am wrong here, but I think we are headed for a pretty intense competition for the QB job.

Remember the job Shula did with Garrard. Maybe he thinks he can maximize Young's skill set.

Again, I realize there are red flags, so I would not bring him in as the #1 QB nor would I give him a long term deal. And don't pay full price for damaged goods. He would be one of five QBs in camp (Moore, Clausen, Pike, Rookie, Young). 3 spots (Pike could go to PS)
