scrapple is a northern thing and is full of everything. at least that's how I know it. livermush or liver pudding is good. just gotta cook and prepare it to your liking. i have two breakfasts that it works well in, but i do prefer sausage or bacon for them.

1. the sammich. fried egg, meat, pepperjack, mayo, black pepper.

2. the bowl. fried egg, meat, grits, black pepper. mash and mix.
