I must have missed where he tossed a child to the ground a 2nd time. I saw him stand up and loudly scold a child but nothing physical. That being said, he obviously should not be driving a bus full of children. He doesn't have the patience to handle it, I don't think. But he did know the kids names, so I'm guessing he's been busing these kids for a while and this likely wasn't the first time this has happened.
