Anyone else think this Charlie Sheen thing is just a publicity stunt?

Awesomeness!!

Don't know if it is a publicity stunt or not, but I do know that I am already sick of hearing from him or about him, and wish he would just go away.

Form the looks of it, he might be gone sooner than you think. My two ideas.

1st - Drug overdose.

2nd - He seems to like "young" chicks. I'm sure he is not going around checking ID's as people come and go at all times within his house. It only take one "young" chick and he will be joining a new show behind bars.

lol at people who are sick of hearing about him but are quick to not only click on a thread to read that is obviously about him but also contribute to the discussion.

He is acting no different then he has since since he was 15 years old stealing his dad's credit cards to buy hookers. Doubt a man who has to be worth close to $100 million needs publicity to get another job. Everyone in the business knows he is a master at his craft.

Guy just said f* it....everyone wants to give their opinion of me and why the 2 1/2 men production was being halted, here I am...I am a Rockstar....deal with it. Guy with a lifelong substance abuse problem that has been pushed to the edge and acts a bit erratic according societies view of normalcy. Color me surprised.

I actually think it's legit. Publicity stunts don't generally involve the police taking your kids.

It's getting loads of coverage because people love train wrecks.

I concur. In addition to that, he was the highest paid actor in TV history....and the result was he no longer is working. Publicity stunts normally are efforts to achieve a positive........he lost his job and the police took his kids.

He is either on drugs or in withrdrawl.....both make you look crazy if you are a heavy user.

I can't say I'm sick of hearing about it, I just honestly don't care. I'm immune to publicity stunts and hype.

I still haven't seen Avatar

I hate Lady Gaga

I don't have, and don't particularly care to own, an iPhone or and iPad

Until recently, I thought Justin Bieber was a recurring character on SNL (there's no way those music videos aren't supposed to be funny. They're better than Samberg's)

I don't watch Glee (and don't think that girl is hot, either. She's got a jawline like Russel Brand)

I have no Idea what the whole "I'm with CoCo" thing was about

And lately I've completely ignored what's going on with Charlie Sheen. To be honest, I thought he was still married to Denise Richards.

The last media blitz I actually paid attention to was Michael Jackson's death.

    • When we drafted Luke, we already had Cam, Smith, Olsen, Stewart, Deangleo, Gross, Kalil, CJ, Hardy, Beason, TD, Gamble (and maybe more I'm forgetting), we had a lot of great pieces in place. Going pure BPA for a player with Luke's potential when the LB you already have is different when you already have all those pieces in place.  Our OL right now is probably in a better shape than that team and our RBs and TE have potential compared to proven vets back then, but after that, the 2012 roster was in a far better shape than we are right now. We need a #1 WR, DEs, LBs, DBs, C, and depending who you ask a QB.  Going BPA at pick #5 when that player is a DT and your current best player on either side of the ball is a DT, seems irresponsible. If he's the only player they like that high left, then you trade back and go with position of more need at a slot that makes sense for the player while adding other picks.  If you trade back and he falls because other teams don't need/want a DT, then you consider him at that point because of the value.
    • This sounds like the same back and forth when we drafted a LB when we already had a LB or as mentioned prior back to back DLs. I want the BPA, if it is another DT so be it. (No not a kicker/punter for those people that think they are funny))
    • I’m hoping SMU messes it all up and wins out. Imagine the SEC & BI0 would crap themselves trying to “fix” the problem.
