The players are right to take this approach. Player's union have zero leverage in these "negotiations" and owners aren't even pretending to budge.

Ok again, they can't win anything. Doty can go suck it. He has sided with the players way too many times and the NFL Will appeal anything he comes down with.

  I guess I’m just worried he won’t be better or consistent. I just don’t see him beating good teams in the playoffs. These last 3 games have been solid but I simply can’t get his awful start out of my mind. It would be miraculous if he turned it around. At the current level he’s playing I think it’s fine for him to stay with the team but I definitely want legit competition brought in for his entire tenure here.
