Question re: Ricky Proehl's training facility

Being as he is now an NFL coach, will players be allowed to train there? I know a lot of private training facilities will have a boom in business during the lockout, but I was wondering if anybody knew the rules on this and how they will apply here?

There's this article on the Observer: http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2011/02/01/2028367/ricky-proehl-back-with-panthers.html

So, I know nothing about law so I'm just guessing here. :P If he's just a consultant it would seem to me there would be a chance they can still work for him but it may depend on how clear things are. It's also possible that players could work out a facility owned by someone tied to their football organization as long as the owner does not have anything to do with that player etc. Aka, it may depend on what involvement Proehl actually has, but I kind of doubt that, because of the fact players can't even get DVDs from their teams about ways to work out etc.
