So here's the update... I just got the Installation proposal signed and the deposit check has been received. I guess Im a full-fledged salesman now..? You can now return to your regularly scheduled time wasting activities...

Oh yeah, the deposit is 50% of the contract cost. I have received around $90k in deposits.. And we have added a few things, upped his TV from 73" to 82", 2 more pairs of speakers and a few other minor changes that mean more $$$ !!! Thanks Wireman...
