Btw... there are a lot of UNC fans in here that are hammering Cam saying that he absolutely had to know what was going on, so were yall saying the same thing when Butch Davis claimed he had no knowledge of John Blake, or Marvin Austin, or Greg Little, or Robert Quinn's illegal activities?

Both situations are high profile, high money deals. You can't really have it both ways.

Both situations are high profile, high money deals. You can't really have it both ways.

I'm a UNC fan, and I'm defending Cam Newton. However, many UNC fans are pissed because Cam got to play out the season while UNC had players sit even though they were later cleared of all wrong doing. What they don't understand, is that UNC did it the right way by cooperating fully with the NCAA. It sucks for the players who were innocent, but it had to be done.

I haven't read all the crap that's been said in this massive thread, but all three of those links the OP posted references one radio show in Alabama, of which both hosts are professed Alabama fans. Until these tapes actually surface, then you absolutely have to take this rumor with a grain of salt.

a friend of mine was listening to that radio station today, like I mentioned.. the last thing I would do on the huddle is post this news without a link though. :cool:

so yes, you're right... it wasn't meant to be confusing...

Its your thread Title that is confusing. It sounds like you have something that will destroy him. While thats not all the truth and its really not reliable.

It would be like me starting a post and saying " Gabbert Exposed!" then posting a GM talking bad about him. Yea he did say bad things but its just one guy.

Lets face it Alabama Fans are not big Fans of Cam Newton. Its like asking Clemson Fans about S.Carolina Players.

There is a bit of a difference of a coach not knowing everything that goes on among his 80 players and Cam not knowing his dad is shopping him around.

Butch Davis should've also known that his Associate Head Coach was buying players as well.
