Fox has talked "teaching" both with Meeks and with Milus. And Smith seems to bring discipline (I'm going to enjoy watching him & Beason on the side lines). I feel a youth movement in our defense coming on. And I like it. That's maybe why they're hiring veteran coaches this time around.

And, no, the coordinators would not be hired without alot of Meeks' input. Get real people.

Folks we Got WHAT WE NEEDED -- A fresh new set of guys to take our talent and produce.

A Lot of our problem wasnt in the players execution as it was THE PLAY to execute. Turgo has been putting together the same old plain ass defense for the last 5 years.

teams caught on and knew how to exploit us.

We have talent, we will get more, and with just a new scheme we will see a huge improvement.

You want to keep an offense on their toes, dont let them know what your going to do..

And right now, none of them have a clue.

Im glad that some of you guys apparently know more about the NFL than Fox and company. The only person who can really speak about this matter is Scot, just because I know he studies the game of football like a hawk.

LOL, just because YOU don't know the names doesn't mean nobody else does. Both of these guys are well known and respected around the league.

I wrote a blog post a long time ago comparing the rises (and relative success level) of Marty Hurney and Matt Millen. Hurney actually had to work his way up through the ranks. Millen was handed the keys to the car without going through driver's ed. The results are not entirely surprising.
