He's not what he once was, but we pulled our DL Coach from Chicago, so I expect he'd be able to say "yea or nay" on him.

QB is a huge reach, I think our defensive HC goes with what he knows.

I think we all know that DWill will not be re-signed. Goodson and Stewart splitting carries was more effective than DWill/Stew earlier in the season. I think that gives the Panthers confidence to not spend on DWill.. and put that money towards other positions.

Just because our Head Coach is defensive minded does not mean he will pick that side of the ball. In fact, I would say that is more reason for him to go Offense, because he can do more with less on the defensive side.

He's saying assuming that Deangelo is gone based on the performance of other players when there is evidence to suggest not only do we want him back but he wants to be back is baseless......and it is.....

You made the statement that DWill is "as good as gone". Which is not true.

The only fact is that we did not Franchise him.

We had 3 guys that we could have franchised. We could only pick one. That is in no way evidence that the other two will walk or is "as good as gone".

The Panther's want him back, if the price is right.. but they will be far apart on contract talks. We have no reason to pay DWill what he deserves because of the emergence in Goodson. DWill will be able to get far more with another club. It irks me that some people act holier than thou on this thread. Instead, of bashing people for having different opinions, why don't you ask them why they think the way the do, to have a better understanding.
