Quinn's poor performance could also help since most think that Denver is looking DE. Since Bowers becomes top dog as DE, someone like Cincy could move up to nab him ahead of Broncos. Sitting at 4, we would have many choices.

Dream scenario for me would be Buffalo trading up to 1 for Newton, we get Dareus at 3 and get our 2nd back.

My favorite would be swapping top picks with the Bengals in exchange for Palmer and a second or next year's first. That's probably a pipe dream though.

Cincy finished very low in sacks last year and need to step it up badly. Nobody knows who will be throwing and catching in Cincy, so you never know.

Denver is most likely in a better spot to trade down than we are just because many think Buffalo needs QB.

Could just as easily see Cincy moving up to #2 to get Gabbert ahead of Buffalo. Would be smart for Fox to do so as his DL needs are the same as ours

Of course if a trade with Cincy were to materialize you could reasonable argue that it would have to happen in the next several days. Personally, I don't expect a CBA to be reached in the next 60 days.

Speaking of DL, the Bears have dumped Tommie Harris.

He's not what he once was, but we pulled our DL Coach from Chicago, so I expect he'd be able to say "yea or nay" on him.

Just heard, don't know much about his history, know he's not the player he was, injury related I think.

Could be worth a look.
