Has Hurney ever picked a bust in round 1?

Hurney is solid everywhere but the second round, has been damn good in the first.

What offensive talent has Hurney drafted in his time with the Panthers? (besides the RB's). He's done a great job with defensive players but we all know where the problem is in regards to the draft.

Hurney has done a good job on the OL and backfield. The rest he has simply been horrible at in regards to the offensive side of the ball....

maybe the 2010 class (at least at WR) could end that streak.

It's easier when you're taking safer choices like RBs, OTs and LBers. Positions that are typicality riskier (QB, WR, DT) have been completely overlooked in the 1st even though they are among our top needs every year.

Apparently you didn't read it correctly, go back and see which positions are typically known as the "safe " picks and which are the risk picks. Not sure what your point is...

Otah played in the majority of the games in 08 and 09 and immediately was one of the more dominate RTs in all of football. Last year was a pointless season for anyone to be on the field after week 2.
