Cam's bad day the WR's fault.

That has nothing to do with the throws that he made today though

This is the type of stuff that is misleading that goes in the "Positive Newton" threads

Did you watch the workouts? If you did, you would know that they were all pretty impressed with Cam's deep throws.

I swear, some of you people can make anything in to a negative. I'm just so glad that I have the NFL Network and can watch this stuff myself for a change, because the spin that people are putting on this workout is really astonishing. That kid was putting the deep balls right where he was supposed to put them. It was up to the receivers to be there to catch the ball. There is no doubt in my mind that, once he works with his new WR's that they will develop a chemistry very quickly.

I don't get the idea of messing up the pick setting back the franchise years. It sets us back one year. Then we'd pick Luck.

No guarantees we can finish dead last again (assuming there's a season) and even so, do you wanna? And assuming you do, he has yet another year of eligibilty at Stanford, and how embarassing would it be if he went back to school again, and we were left jilted, again, at the altar. F*ck Luck, his ship has sailed.

Yeah, I actually didn't see him make a really bad throw. Timing may have been off, and in a couple of cases it looked to me like he got a little too much air under them, but every throw was right to the spot, and quite a few were perfect.

I saw his interview with the NFL network post workout and I don't didn't think he came across as demeaning to his targets at all, he just basically just admitted he wasn't in synch, timing routes are difficult and that he has alot of work to do in that area. He also said he his comments the past week were a reality check and he realizes "the NFL doesn't need you".

Not saying saying I want the Panthers to draft him, but I thought he came across well and this article just seems to be aimed at stirring crap.

Worth repeating.
