Your combine - bench press

I'm working on getting back into shape. I work from home and have done nothing but that and take care of my daughter for the last two years. Atm I can max at 285 and do 10 reps at 200.

6'0 180lb.

Although I don't do bench in my routine I checked this morning just for this post.

I'd also like to say you short fuggers and your short arms give you an unfair advantage, not having to move the weight as far.

lol well that and i sucked at every other lift .. only a 350 squat and 225 clean .. never could get the forms right.. so i put more emphasis on upper body and just half assed the rest while coach was turned away..
