Bowflex?

any of you folks have a bowflex or similar workout machine in your home?

Used to have one. liked it pretty well. Not so good for leg excercises but good for upper body work.

ya I had one too. Just like any other piece of equipment at home. Will working out at home get you to work out or be more lazy? I agree with Zod tho

how tall are you two and do you remember which model you had?

I'm 6'7" so I'm concerned about full range of motion. Any thoughts?

I'm lazy by nature, but I'm really motivated to start working out again. Problem is, I live out in the country and it's a 20 minute drive to get to the nearest gym. I constantly come up with way tooooo many reasons to not make the drive and honestly, other times, there just ins't enough hours in a day to get there either.

I had a very old skool one dont remember. im very short only 5'9 and by being so tall u might have a problem. but the workout it gives is just as good as weights.

sure seems that way, yes! I'll keep looking though...the gym will work for a little while maybe, but I always lose interest so quickly

I'm 6'2 and can see there being an issue with range of motion for someone 6'7. I would pass if I were you.

A crippling sense of doom rushed over me when I opened this thread. I quick checked the calendar and felt immediate relief to see that it was in fact 2/24/11 and not the dawn of time.
