If it's any consolation for Shedeur, the Steelers are probably going to end up not having a QB when Aaron Rodgers decides to retire.  And they will end up having to give up draft capital to go and get Kirk Cousins. haha!

"if possible" being the key. The consensus #1 overall player has a ton of leverage. 5th rounders have none. If they'd had the leverage they would've done the same thing. They didn't.
