I disagree. They went coverage heavy at Safety and they will struggle to defend the run up the middle. Tampa, Saints and us are going to run right over them, take time off the clock which neutralizes their running game strength with a shortened game.

I thought they got good value for the players they drafted--as for the fit in their roster, I did not look at that.  Thanks for this--it helps.

I disagree about the top tackle. I would say that, if he heals up, Josh Simmons is overwhelming the top tackle. I don't mean this by a small margin. I mean he will be a top 10 OT and Campbell will be far closer to middle of the pack.

It is definitely a very good draft on paper, however. Tons of value. TheBigKat will be pumped.

We shall see, even with simmons Campbell is a top 3ish tackle, kid is incredible in pass pro

The pats were 100% correct in firing mayo and getting a real coach in there that knows what they are doing

I honestly think Campbell will end up somewhere else than LT. JMO.

Trade back into the end of the draft so we can take a Center?

Only have been 3 drafted so far, so got to be someone out there that we like, right?

At this point in the draft, if there is someone you really like, I am never against trading a future 7th to go get them before UDFA hits.

Especially as there are always a couple teams at this point in the draft who will make that trade because they already know they don't have the roster spots for all these picks and will take the future draft asset instead.

With that logic you could probably just wait and sign them as an UDFA given our lack of depth at the position and sell them on the chance to compete sooner than later.

Would rather not give another team the chance to do the same thing, just draft the guy you like and he's ours without any fight.

The majority of 7th round picks don't end up making the roster anyways, so using a future 7th to get one right now and be able to get a Top 5 Center prospect seems like a way better use of that future 7th (or even 6th) than taking say a DT or CB with that pick next year that best case scenario is going to be a practice squad guy for us next year.

Watching videos on Horn, one thing I like is he’s really good at snatching inaccurate passes. Every other throw his way is way behind or high or low or otherwise forcing him to full extend to catch and he seems really good at catching these bad passes and maintaining as much of his stride as possible.

lol, I can't help but read this and not even think about how that's a nice thing to hear about the new player we just drafted, but see it as a knock on Shedeur
