He will have to earn it in those 3 or 4 years. I would have preferred that his motivation was more about being the best and less about the money right out of the gate.

I am not worried about Princely talking about how he will be expensive. That is being misinterpreted. He's saying he plans on being so good that he is gonna be very expensive.
