Take away Hunter’s yards and TDs and he still had 3000 passing yards and 22 TDs last year. That’s throwing to guys that probably aren’t getting drafted. I’m just saying the guy clearly has talent and shouldn’t fall this far. Sure he was overhyped but the NFL is sending a message IMO.

Nothing to do with it.  There is no vendetta. WRs and CBs can be prima donnas.  QBs in the NFL have to be leaders.

Let's be honest. Sanders had awful interviews that turned off a lot of teams, but this is nothing more than teams giving Deion the finger.

At this point I can't argue with that at all. I thought even with the bad interviews he was worth a 3rd round pick.

The problem is that if you don't have a fully settled QB of the future, you can't take him because it's just going to create a distraction that your young QB doesn't need while you're seeing if they can be your guy.  Then you also can't take him if you have just a full on legit starting QB because Shedeur likely isn't going to sit well with knowing he has no path to playing either.

Realistically at this point, only the Rams, Steelers, or maybe the Raiders make sense to take him, anyone else and it just seems like trouble waiting to happen.

With the Rams and Steelers, assuming Rodgers ends up there, it would be where he knows he's going to sit for 1 year and then get the chance to take over while learning from a HOFer.  That's a situation I don't think the Sanders family would have an issue with, especially at this point.

The Raiders would be a little similar, but he could get stuck behind Geno for more than just one year.  And think about it, do you really want a frustrated Shedeur living in Las Vegas?

Beyond those 3 teams, I really can't see a situation that is going to not have all sorts of crazy media around it.... so the Cowboys will probably take him, because of course that will happen.

In a way, it's Kaepernick all over again.  The media distraction that is going to come with him, especially at this point, isn't worth dealing with for a backup QB.

Once the Giants and Saints went with different QB's, it really set this up to happen.

He's fallen that far the Titans might aswell take him in an RG3/ Kirk Cousins situation

No, because everyone knew Cousins was being taken to be a backup project and any struggles by RG3 wouldn't call for Cousins to see what he could do.

If Ward struggled at all, with it being Shedeur, the media calls would be out of control to play him and see what he can do, and you can't put your #1 pick in that situation.  It's the same reason we couldn't draft him as even a project backup ourselves (not that I'd want to anyways), if Bryce struggles at all, it would be a disaster of a situation.

Again, Steelers, Rams, and maybe Raiders really seem like the only options unless Jerry does what Jerry does best.  Only other way is if Shedeur calls up some team with a VERY established QB and convinces them he's willing to learn from them and be a quiet backup and hope they take him to use in a trade down he line.

Besides that, the media train that will come with him just isn't worth it as a backup.

I was being a little facetious but the media doesn't really have a leg to stand on after this free fall
