They are stuck at 8. Nobody wants a qb in the 1st except the Titans (who will regret it by the way). No qbs worthy of a 1st means no trades on draft night.

I doubt it.  Usually the price required to trade up to 8 is big, and we have made it obvious we want to trade down.  Not enough QB interest to make the move worth it for someone to barter with us.

Next years picks have the perception of being more valuable due to this draft class.

I think the only way we trade down and not get ripped off......is if someone oddly falls to 8 that isn't expected to fall that far (some late breaking news type thing on someone that hasn't bene talked about).  And in that case, we probably need to draft that kid. 

Hopefully, Morgan doesn't just have it in his mind to trade down for the sake of trading down for peanuts.  But it's a legit worry IMO.

We probably stay put. I just don't see many teams itching to trade up in this draft.

Maybe if Will Campbell or Armand Membou fall to #8 a team like the Bears, 49ers or Dolphins could look to move up, but even that seems doubtful, IMO.

That’s always the problem with this team, we sell low and buy high. I’m fully expecting if we trade down we’ll get fleeced. The trade I’m looking out for is with Seattle for #18 and #52 so they can move up and take an OT if they fall.
