"I am told by a credible source and then I vetted it after that with some text messages with people in the league. The Carolina Panthers are the most likely team in the top-10 to move out. I'm actually told that Dan Morgan and the organization would consider a less than market deal, I'm not saying a bad deal, but maybe like something that isn't outrageous. A less than market deal to move back."

We normally do alright trading picks during the draft. It's the players we take that make it look bad

I'm going to choose to believe that it means we're getting Donovan Ezeiruaku or Malaki Starks in the first because that's more fun than being shook.

I would still rather have EZ given everything so getting an extra pick still works. I guess that means a 2nd is off the table now. Just going to have to see what devalued looks like. After the trade up to #1 how bad could it be in comparison?

Haven't had a winning season since 2017 have had some of the worst drafts in recent memory in three consecutive years we're rumored to be seeking a "less than market deal" to move down out of an 8th overall pick and here you are shining shoes while judging others. Insufferable kiss ass.

I'd take EZ at 8 if we couldn't move back at that. His body of work and shuttle at combine etc says elite but they nitpick  on him. He will be another decent player in the nfl

I don’t think a 2nd is off the table. Moving into the top 10 usually requires a good bit of capital but this top 10 is just not that great.

Panthers about to look like chumps.  

I mean that reporting basically says the Panthers are making it known they take a bad deal.  Just not a horrifically bad deal.  

really just feels like the post child Scott Fitterer was fired and everything else stayed the same. Which in reality it largely did

I'm liking the idea of moving back, landing Ez, and then using the additional draft capital to move up for guys that the team covets in rounds two through four.
