I'm not sure I would bet on it. I would almost bet the Panthers do not take him or McMillan.

Much like the Panthers pick, I go no clue after the first 3 picks.

I don't feel as strong when I made the bet.

Pete/raiders need to build a ground level culture. I thought that was his spot, given he's the perfect solution for that type of team.

The Raider are an unknown. They could take any number of players and Walker is a culture setter for a new coach that needs it desperately. Not to mention he's a hell of a player. It will be him or Jeanty.

Aaron Rodgers is a dick.  He has family problems or something that is keeping him from declaring--and that screws Pittsburgh up.  I think he wants the NFL Network and ESPN talking about him.  You don't screw up the team and say, "Family problems....might retire.....dunno.  I will let you know before camp--go ahead and do what you need to do."  He knows the Steelers don't have many options.

Jeanty is the linchpin for this first half of the draft.

    • I'd say sit tight tomorrow and make your picks. Those top 4s could be combined to trade up. Really want to see a big TE added.
    • He might be the best pass rusher on the prison yard flag football team before his rookie contract is set to expire.
    • I saw another Huddler trying to call people out for being high on Emmanwori, saying they did not think he was worth the pick at 8.  This person claimed that the people saying this were uninformed and not aware of talent evaluation.  That is very stupid.  Here is why: Where you are drafted does not indicate how well you will play.  Emmanwori was often compared to Kam Chancellor, a player anyone would gladly take in the first half of round 1.  He was drafted in the fifth round.  So were the people who thought Kam Chancellor should have been a first rounder wrong about him because he was not drafted until the fifth round?  Did you know that the Chargers, when  trying to replace Rodney Harrison, drafted Sammy Davis and Terrence Kiel.  The Steelers later drafted Troy Polamalu.  Were Davis and Kiel better specimens because they were drafted earlier?  Bottom line, nobody knows, and where there were drafted proves very little.  Personally, I endorsed trading back for Emmanwori, but it does not mean that he is a lesser player than someone picked at 7.  It means his fit was later.  Until they play, you don't know, so making comments about others' opinions based on draft spots does not really prove your understanding of personnel any less than someone miscalculating when a player will be a good fit and get selected.
